Subprocessors

1. Introduction
Cannomic ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") engages certain third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to assist in providing SpecimenOS ("the Service"). These sub-processors may process personal data on behalf of Cannomic in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
This page lists all current sub-processors, their purposes, and their locations.

Supabase

3. Change Notification
Cannomic will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before engaging any new sub-processor that will process personal data. Notice will be sent via email to workspace administrators.
Customers have a 14-day objection window from the date of notification to raise concerns about a new sub-processor.
4. Objection Process
If you object to the engagement of a new sub-processor, please notify us in writing at privacy@specimenos.com within the 14-day objection window. Cannomic will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution that does not involve the objected-to sub-processor.
If no commercially feasible alternative is available, the Customer may terminate their subscription with a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of their billing period.
5. Updates
This sub-processor list is updated as changes occur. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about which third parties are involved in processing your data.
